Terms of Service

By accessing or using LLMCap ("Service"), operated by Celikkanat LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

LLMCap is a reverse proxy service that intercepts API calls to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, Cohere) and enforces hard dollar-based spending caps. The Service does not provide AI capabilities itself — it acts as an intermediary between your application and AI providers.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information.

Trial period: Plans include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged at the applicable plan rate.

Subscription fees: Starter plan is $19/month. Pro plan is $49/month. All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.

Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months except where required by law.

Refunds: If you are charged in error, contact us within 7 days at celikkanat1983@gmail.com and we will issue a refund at our discretion.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to circumvent spending caps or abuse the proxy infrastructure; (c) resell or sublicense the Service without written permission; (d) use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content; (e) reverse engineer the Service.

You are responsible for the security of your LLMCap proxy keys and provider API keys. Do not share your keys publicly. LLMCap stores proxy keys in hashed form and does not store provider API keys. You are responsible for any usage under your keys.

We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or errors in token counting or cost calculation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celikkanat LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The LLMCap service, brand, and documentation are owned by Celikkanat LLC. The proxy core is open source (FastAPI + Redis) — see our GitHub repository for the applicable open source license.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in activity harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Celikkanat LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
